ただ、予約はだいぶ先まで埋まっているとのことです。

この一連のプロジェクトをたまに見ますが、こりすぎと思います。
肉の部位とかタレとか設備とかです。

焼肉はもっとシンプルにしてほしいですね。
そして、あまり、何々産のどの部位とかアピールしてほしくないです。

おいしければ、どこ産でも構わないですよね。
後は安ければなおよしですね。

ホリエモンの焼肉屋もそうですが、食べてるものもステータスにしたいような金持ち向けと感じます。
味よりそっちかもしれません。

ということで、お金は相当かかってそうですので、安定黒字経営にもっていけたらいいですね。
