今日の晩御飯は、ポトフにチャレンジしました。
実家にサツマイモがたくさんあるし、ちょうど「今日の料理」で紹介していたからです。

料理名はカッコいいですが、結局食材を切って煮込むだけです。
特にスキルは必要ないと思います。

ただ、ダシを作る際は気を付けるべきです。
僕は、塩を入れすぎて、めちゃ塩辛くなってしまいました。

ということで、これを反省点にまたチャレンジしたいですね。
